## Story

In a quiet cave where crystals hummed soft lullabies, Dreamy lived with her favorite treasure: a smooth amber stone that glowed like captured sunshine. Every evening, she would curl up in her nest of moss, hold the warm stone close, and drift into peaceful dreams while the crystals sang their gentle songs.

One morning, Dreamy woke to find her amber stone was gone. Her whiskers drooped. Her little paws searched everywhere: behind purple crystals, under silver ones, beside her mossy pillow. Then she heard giggling near the cave entrance. It was Pip, the young bat, holding something golden between his wings.

"That is mine!" Dreamy's voice came out sharp. Her chest felt tight and hot.

Pip's ears flattened.

"I only wanted to see it glow. I am sorry!" Pip set the stone down and flew toward the cave entrance.

Dreamy picked up her treasure, but her paws still trembled. She could not stop thinking about Pip taking her special stone. For three whole days, she stayed in a quiet part of the cave, away from the busy crystal hall. The crystals' music sounded small and far away. On the fourth evening, Dreamy heard a different sound: soft crying echoing through the tunnels. She followed the sound, her tiny feet padding across the cool stone floor.

In a small hollow, she found Pip huddled by himself. One wing was caught between two rocks.

"Help," he whispered. "Please."

Dreamy's heart squeezed. She remembered how angry she had been. She could turn around and leave him there. But Pip's worried eyes reminded her of how she had felt when her stone was missing: small and unsure.

Slowly, Dreamy approached.

"Hold still," she said softly. She wiggled a small crystal loose and used it as a lever, gently freeing Pip's wing.

Pip stretched his wing carefully.

"Thank you," he whispered. "I am sorry about your stone. I should have asked first. You always look peaceful with it, and I wanted to feel that way too."

Pip had not meant to hurt her. He had made a mistake. Holding her anger felt heavier than her amber stone ever had.

"I was upset," Dreamy admitted. "But everyone makes mistakes. Even me." She thought of the time she had accidentally knocked over Cricket's pebble collection.

Pip's eyes brightened.

"Friends again?"

Dreamy nodded, and a warm feeling spread through her chest, lighter and softer than her anger had been.

Now, every evening, Dreamy still curls up with her amber stone in her mossy nest. Sometimes Pip visits, and she lets him hold it while she tells him stories. The stone glows warmly when shared, and the crystals' lullaby sounds sweet.
