## Story

In the whispering meadow, where wildflowers swayed like dancers in the breeze, lived a clever red fox named Rosie. Her bushy tail swished through the tall grass as she bounded between patches of daisies and clover, inventing the most marvelous games for all the meadow creatures to play.

"Let us play Flower Tag!" Rosie would call to the rabbits and field mice.

She was known throughout the meadow for her quick thinking and kind heart. But sometimes, even with all her forest friends, Rosie felt like something was missing in her games.

One sparkling spring morning, while following a purple butterfly, Rosie discovered a hidden part of the meadow she had never seen before. Rainbow-colored flowers stretched across the grass, their petals shimmering with morning dew.

A strange buzzing sound caught her attention. Rosie peeked behind a cluster of yellow daisies. There sat a small bumblebee, drawing swirling patterns in the dirt with her stinger.

"Hello there!" Rosie called out, though she took a careful step back. "I am Rosie. What are you drawing?"

The bee looked up, surprised. "Oh! I am Bumble," she replied softly. "Just making up games by myself. The other meadow creatures say I am too pointy to play with."

Rosie's heart squeezed with sympathy. She knew what it was like to want friendship.

"Well, I love making up games too! Want to try cloud-spotting together?"

They spent the morning trying different activities: flower-hopping, petal-counting, even butterfly-racing. But each time Bumble flew close, Rosie flinched away. She saw the hurt in Bumble's eyes and wished her worry would shrink.

Gray clouds rolled across the sky, bringing the first drops of rain.

"Oh no!" Rosie called. "My special flower collection!"

Near a hollow log lay her carefully gathered bouquet of rare blooms, already starting to wash away in the downpour.

Without hesitation, Bumble zipped through the rain. Her wings hummed with determination as she carefully lifted each precious flower, carrying them one by one to safety under a broad leaf. Rosie watched in amazement as her new friend's flying skills saved her treasured collection.

"You saved them!" Rosie said. She looked at Bumble's careful flying and sharp stinger in a new way. "I am sorry I kept jumping away. Your flying is incredible."

Bumble glowed with pride. "And you are so clever at making up games! Maybe we could create one together?"

Together they invented "Buzz and Seek," a game where Bumble's careful flying and Rosie's clever hiding spots both mattered.

Other meadow creatures gathered to watch, then joined in. Soon the rainbow meadow buzzed, bounded, hopped, and laughed with new games.
