## Story

Luna loved to paint everything she saw in the forest, but she only used bright, bold colors. "Nature is too dull," she would say, walking past the subtle browns and greys without a second glance.
One misty morning, Luna discovered a mysterious circle of mushrooms near her favorite oak tree. As she set up her easel, she noticed a small grey mouse gathering seeds, but ignored it completely. "Grey things are not worth painting," she muttered, focusing instead on a vibrant butterfly.

The mouse dropped its seeds and scurried away, leaving Luna in the growing fog. Soon, her bright paints began to fade, turning into muted tones no matter how many times she mixed new colors. Through the misty pine forest, she heard a soft voice: "Sometimes the quietest colors tell the loudest stories."
From a hollow tree emerged Old Maple, a wise owl with feathers the color of autumn leaves. "Young artist," he hooted, "you see only what shouts, but miss what whispers. The forest speaks in all shades, from the brightest flower to the softest shade."
Over the next few days, Old Maple taught Luna to truly see. They watched morning dew sparkle on spider webs, studied the intricate patterns of tree bark, and observed how shade moved across the woodland floor. "Every color has its place in nature's painting," the owl explained as they watched the grey mouse carefully arranging its seed collection in beautiful patterns.

Luna's big test came during the annual Forest Art Festival. Instead of her usual bright paintings, she created a detailed scene of morning mist rising through the canopy, capturing every subtle shade of grey and brown. As she worked, she heard a familiar rustle - the grey mouse had returned, bringing friends to watch her paint.
In that moment, Luna realized that true beauty was not about being the brightest. Her painting showed the forest as it was - a masterpiece of both bold and gentle colors. The foliage seemed to come alive on her canvas, each leaf and soft shade telling its own story.
