## Story

In a cozy farmhouse surrounded by blooming gardens lived Freddie Fox, whose bright red fur and bushy tail made him stand out wherever he went. While other animals enjoyed playing in the vegetable patches and flower beds, Freddie preferred to stay in his safe corner of the yard, watching from afar.

Every morning, Freddie watched the garden buzzing with activity. Butterflies danced among flowers, rabbits shared carrots, and birds chirped happy tunes. But Freddie felt too unsure to join them. What if they did not like him? What if he accidentally damaged the plants?

One particularly warm summer day, Freddie noticed the garden's strawberries were disappearing. The other animals looked worried and confused.

"Someone has been taking our strawberries at night," whispered Benjamin Bunny to his friends. "But we are all asleep then!"

Freddie knew he should help, but the thought of approaching the others made his paws tremble.

That evening, a wise old owl named Mrs. Whisperwings landed near Freddie's hiding spot.

"Young fox," she hooted softly, "I have been watching you. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is make new friends."

Her kind eyes twinkled as she added, "And I think the garden needs your clever nose right now."

Over the next few days, Mrs. Whisperwings taught Freddie about friendship. She showed him how to approach others gently and explained that everyone feels unsure sometimes.

"But what if I make a mistake?" Freddie asked.

"True friends understand that everyone makes mistakes," she replied gently. "It is how we learn and grow."

Finally, Freddie decided to help solve the strawberry mystery. Using his keen sense of smell, he found tiny footprints leading to a hollow log.

That night, instead of hiding, Freddie joined the garden patrol. He met Randy Raccoon, who was taking strawberries because he was too shy to ask for food. Together, they went to the other animals.

To everyone's surprise, the garden animals were not angry. They welcomed Randy and showed him how to grow his own strawberry patch. Freddie's heart felt warm as he saw that making friends was not as hard as he had imagined.

From that day on, Freddie became the garden's official welcome helper. He helped quiet animals feel at home and learned that the best adventures can begin with one brave hello.
