## Story

In a cozy lighthouse by the summer sea lived Ellie, a young gray elephant with dreams of becoming a famous musician. She had recently found a magical cave filled with crystals that made the most beautiful music when touched, but Ellie had one big problem: she was still learning how to move her trunk gently around delicate things.

One morning, while practicing her crystal-playing in the cave, Ellie got so excited that she swung her trunk too wildly. Crash! She knocked over a whole row of the most beautiful singing crystals, breaking several of them. Instead of admitting her mistake, she quickly hurried away, hoping nobody would notice.

Later that day, at the lighthouse pond, Ellie's friends, Sarah the seal, Tommy the turtle, and Peter the penguin, came looking for her. They were disappointed because the crystal cave's special concert that evening had to be canceled. The broken crystals had changed the cave's magical harmony.

"Someone broke the crystals," Sarah said quietly. "Now the whole cave sounds off-key."

Ellie felt awful but stayed quiet, her trunk curled tightly.

That evening, while Ellie sat by herself in her cottage feeling heavy inside, she heard a gentle knock. It was Wise Walrus, the lighthouse keeper, who somehow always knew when someone needed guidance.

"Sometimes," he said kindly, "the bravest thing we can do is admit when we have made a mistake."

"Saying sorry is a good start," Wise Walrus said over cups of seaweed tea. "Then you look for what can be mended."

"But how can I fix broken crystals?" Ellie wondered.

"There is always a way to make things better," Wise Walrus smiled. "You just have to look with your heart."

The next day, Ellie called all her friends to the cave. With a trembling voice, she admitted what she had done and apologized sincerely. To her surprise, her friends did not get angry. They hugged her instead.

Together, they carefully rearranged the broken crystal pieces and created new musical patterns. Ellie learned to slow her movements, and her friends helped her practice gentler ways to play the crystal music.

By summer's end, Ellie had grown into a confident crystal musician who felt ready to own up to her actions. The cave's music was more magical than ever, and her friendships had grown stronger with honesty and teamwork.
