The Sky Guardian's Golden Friend
A Tale of True Friendship
Sunny the golden retriever puppy meets the gentle Sky Giants who guard the spring skies and has to make things right after his playful choices cause trouble.
Every morning, Sunny the golden retriever puppy watched the massive Sky Giants float past his farmhouse home. These ancient, gentle creatures looked like mountains made of clouds, and they kept watch over the world below.

One spring morning, Sunny noticed the smallest Sky Giant, named Wisp, wiping away silver tears that became rain. Curious and concerned, Sunny barked until Wisp lowered a fluffy cloud-ladder.
“Why are you upset?” Sunny asked, after climbing up to the cloud palace.
“I accidentally blew away the birds’ nest-building materials,” Wisp sniffled. “Now they are upset with me.”

Together, Sunny and Wisp gathered soft cloud-cotton and floated it down to the birds.
“I am sorry,” Wisp called out gently.
The birds forgave him and used the cotton to build even better nests. Sunny noticed how Wisp’s apology sounded stronger because he stayed to help repair what had happened.

Later that week, Sunny spotted Wisp accidentally stepping on Farmer Brown’s flower garden. Instead of hiding, Wisp immediately apologized and used his cloud magic to water the crushed flowers, helping them grow back even stronger.

One day, while playing chase with Wisp, Sunny knocked over the beehives near the apple orchard. The bees buzzed in surprise. Remembering what he learned from Wisp, Sunny did not run away.

The wise old Queen Bee was impressed by his honesty. Together with Wisp’s cloud magic and Sunny’s careful paw work, they built an even better home for the bees.
